By accessing or using Delta Force Builds ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Delta Force Builds is a community platform where users can:

  • Create and share weapon build configurations for Delta Force
  • Vote and comment on builds shared by others
  • Subscribe to a supporter plan for an ad-free experience

The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

  • You must sign in with a valid Google account to access community features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must not impersonate others, create fake accounts, or misuse the platform.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or defamatory
  • Upload malicious code, spam, or automated content
  • Manipulate votes or artificially inflate build rankings
  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service's infrastructure
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. User Content

  • You retain ownership of build descriptions, codes, and screenshots you upload.
  • By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Service.
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms without prior notice.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Delta Force Builds offers optional supporter subscriptions for an ad-free experience:

  • On Android: Payments are processed through Google Play Billing and managed by RevenueCat. Your subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • On iOS: Payments are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system and managed by RevenueCat. Your subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • On web: Subscriptions can be purchased through the mobile apps only. Visit the support page on our website for instructions on how to subscribe via the App Store or Google Play Store.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Android: Google Play Store → Payments & Subscriptions
  • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

7. Intellectual Property

Delta Force Builds is a fan-created community and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Team Jade, TiMi Studio Group, or Tencent. Delta Force and all related trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

The Service's code, design, and branding (excluding user-generated content) are our intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
  • We are not responsible for user-generated content posted on the platform.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including:

  • Google OAuth — for account authentication
  • Google AdMob / AdSense — for advertising
  • Google Analytics — for anonymous usage analytics
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging — for push notifications
  • Cloudinary — for image hosting
  • RevenueCat — for subscription management

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, with or without cause. Users may discontinue use at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
