Refund Policy

1. Overview

Delta Force Builds offers optional supporter subscriptions. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how refunds work across our platforms.

2. Google Play Subscriptions (Android)

Subscriptions purchased through the Android app are processed by Google Play Billing. Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled by Google, not by us directly.

To request a refund:

  • Open the Google Play Store app
  • Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history
  • Find the Delta Force Builds subscription → tap "Request a refund"
  • Follow Google's on-screen instructions

Google typically refunds purchases made within 48 hours if you haven't used the subscription benefits extensively. Refund decisions are at Google's discretion per their refund policy.

3. Apple App Store Subscriptions (iOS)

Subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are processed by Apple's in-app purchase system. Refunds for Apple purchases are handled by Apple, not by us directly.

To request a refund:

  • Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Sign in with your Apple ID
  • Find your Delta Force Builds purchase and select "Request a refund"
  • Follow Apple's on-screen instructions

Refund decisions are at Apple's discretion per their refund policy.

4. Our Commitment

If you encounter issues with your subscription — whether it's a billing error, accidental purchase, or dissatisfaction — we'll work with you to make it right. Contact us and we'll assist with the refund process:

  • We typically respond within 48 hours

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds may not be available in the following cases:

  • Subscription was cancelled after the renewal date has passed
  • Refund request is made more than 14 days after purchase or outside the platform's refund window (Apple/Google)
  • The subscription benefits (ad-free experience) have been used extensively during the period

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period. You will continue to have access to supporter benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.

To cancel:

  • Android: Google Play Store → Payments & Subscriptions → Delta Force Builds → Cancel
  • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Delta Force Builds → Cancel
