1. Information We Collect

When you sign in with Google, we collect:

  • Your email address
  • Your display name (from your Google profile)
  • Your profile picture (avatar URL)

When you use the app, we collect:

  • Weapon builds you create (descriptions, codes, screenshots)
  • Votes you cast on builds (upvote/downvote)
  • Comments you post
  • Your randomly generated username (e.g., Ghost_48271)

For push notifications:

  • We store a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token on your device
  • This token is only used to send you notifications about your builds

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To display your builds, comments, and profile to other users
  • To send push notifications when someone interacts with your builds
  • To generate leaderboard rankings based on community votes
  • To improve the app and fix bugs

We do NOT:

  • Sell your personal data to third parties
  • Share your email address publicly
  • Track you across other apps or websites

Advertising: We use NitroPay (by Overwolf) to display non-personalized display and video ads. NitroPay may use cookies or device identifiers to serve relevant ads and measure performance. No personal information from your Google account is shared with advertisers. You can learn more at NitroPay's Privacy Policy.

3. Advertising

We partner with NitroPay (by Overwolf) to serve display and video advertisements on Delta Force Builds. NitroPay is a gaming-focused ad network that screens ads for quality and relevance.

NitroPay may:

  • Use cookies or similar technologies to limit how often you see the same ad (frequency capping)
  • Collect anonymous usage data for ad performance measurement
  • Serve ads based on the content of the page (contextual advertising)

We do NOT share your Google account information (email, name, avatar) with NitroPay or any advertiser. For details on how NitroPay handles data, see NitroPay's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored on:

  • Neon PostgreSQL database (United States, us-east-1)
  • Cloudinary CDN (for uploaded screenshots and images)
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notification tokens)

All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account exists. You can:

  • Delete any build you created (from the build page)
  • Delete any comment you posted
  • Change your username in Settings

To request full account deletion, contact us at Gomezjnr2001@gmail.com. Your builds, votes, comments, and profile will be permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use a session cookie (dfb_user) to keep you signed in for 30 days. This cookie does not contain personal information and is not used for tracking.

7. Third-Party Services

  • Google OAuth: For sign-in authentication. Google's privacy policy applies.
  • Google Analytics (GA4): Anonymous usage statistics. No personal data is sent.
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging: Push notification delivery. Only FCM tokens are stored.
  • Cloudinary: Image hosting for uploaded screenshots. No personal data stored.
  • Neon: Database hosting. Data encrypted at rest and in transit.
  • NitroPay (Overwolf): Display and video advertising. May use cookies for frequency capping and performance measurement. See NitroPay's Privacy Policy.

8. Children's Privacy

Delta Force Builds is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us at Gomezjnr2001@gmail.com for immediate removal.
